Thank you for purchasing a FraudWorkbooks workbook. This note summarizes how
your team may use, adapt, and distribute the model. Plain English first;
legal terms apply in full in the purchase agreement.

1. WHAT YOU CAN DO
------------------
- Use the workbook internally across your entire organization, including
  parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
- Edit, extend, and re-skin the formulas, sheets, and assumption inputs to
  fit your data and reporting needs.
- Include outputs (charts, tables, calculated numbers) in internal memos,
  board decks, audit packs, and merchant or processor presentations.
- Share read-only PDF exports with auditors, processors, acquirers, and
  professional advisors (legal, accounting, consulting) engaged by you.

2. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
---------------------
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source workbook (the .xlsx file)
  as a standalone product, template, or SaaS feature.
- Publish the source workbook on a public website, marketplace, or training
  course as downloadable content.
- Strip attribution from sheets where it is embedded.

3. PERMITTED BUSINESS USE
-------------------------
This license is granted for one operating business (and its affiliates).
There are no user seats, no recurring fees, and no usage caps. Typical
permitted uses include:

  - Quantifying chargeback and friendly fraud exposure
  - Building dispute economics for finance, ops, and risk reviews
  - Preparing representment ROI and reserve impact analyses
  - Forecasting net retained margin under different processor terms
  - Supporting RFPs and processor negotiations with defensible numbers

4. SUPPORT & UPDATES

Lifetime access to the file you purchased. Minor updates and corrections
are pushed to the same download link. Major new versions of a workbook may
be released as separate products.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
-----------------------
The workbook is provided "as is" for analytical use. Results depend on the
inputs you supply. FraudWorkbooks is not responsible for business decisions,
financial outcomes, or regulatory positions taken based on the model.
