When you purchase a workbook, our payment processor collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details. We receive your name and email to deliver the file and any updates.
2. How we use it
To deliver downloads, send receipts, notify you of workbook revisions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent customer data.
3. Processors we use
Payments: Stripe. Email delivery: a transactional email provider. Hosting: Lovable Cloud. Each processor maintains their own privacy program.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session and checkout state. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your marketing email at any time.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@fraudworkbooks.com.
