1. The product
FraudWorkbooks sells downloadable Excel workbooks for merchant payments analytics. Each workbook is licensed, not sold (see License).
2. Payment & delivery
All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Files deliver instantly to the email used at checkout. If you do not receive your file within 5 minutes, contact support@fraudworkbooks.com.
3. Refunds
Because workbooks are delivered instantly and contain proprietary methodology, all sales are final. If the file does not function as described, we will repair or replace it within 14 days at no cost.
4. Acceptable use
You may use workbooks internally for any lawful business purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the source workbook. See the License page for details.
5. No warranties
Workbooks are provided "as is". Outputs are estimates based on your inputs and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the workbooks is limited to the price you paid for the workbook in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
